One Worship Service

Grace and Peace Munford FUMC Family,

At the last held Church Council meeting, the Church Council requested a survey about the potential of combining services for the near future in order to better steward our resources. That survey was sent out and held open for the last several weeks. Of the responses, the vast majority of our congregation was open to this decision.

As a result, beginning THIS Sunday July 21, we will have ONE worship service at 9:30 am in the Sanctuary. We will do this at least until around Labor Day weekend, when we will reevaluate our needs. We hope that this will be a time of community, fellowship, and shared love of God and one another. We will also work to incorporate both traditional and contemporary elements.

With this change, we also urge those of you to consider others when you park. Please protect the first several rows for those with mobility concerns so that they can utilize the ramp at the front of the Sanctuary entrance. If you have questions please direct them to Cathy Nichols or myself.

I am so thankful to be your pastor in this season, and I love you dearly.
